Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Opened, used, or partially used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Refunds
Refunds are only approved in the following situations:
You received the wrong product.
Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the product and packaging.
A description of the issue.
Bloomy Eva reserves the right to review every request before approving any refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges after delivery.
An exception may be made only if:
The wrong item was shipped.
The product arrived damaged.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
